Murrow\u53d1\u5c04\u53f0\u8fdb\u884cDRM\u6570\u5b57\u5e7f\u64ad\u4f20\u8f93\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3002\u9009\u62e9\u8be5\u53d1\u5c04\u53f0\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u8be5\u53d1\u5c04\u53f0\u9760\u8fd1USAGM\u534e\u76db\u987f\u7279\u533a\u603b\u90e8\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u8fd9\u4e2a\u53d1\u5c04\u53f0\u6709\u65e0\u9700\u4efb\u4f55\u5347\u7ea7\u6539\u9020\u5373\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u7684DRM\u53d1\u5c04\u673a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"white-space:pre\"><\/span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2009\u5e74\uff0c\u5f53\u65f6\u88ab\u79f0\u4f5c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5e7f\u64ad\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a(Broadcasting Board of Governors)\u7684USAGM\u8054\u5408\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9aHCJB\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86DRM\u6570\u5b57\u5e7f\u64ad\u4f20\u8f93\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3002\u90a3\u6b21\u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4f7f\u7528\u5927\u9646\u516c\u53f8617A\u578b\u53f750\u5343\u74e6\u53d1\u5c04\u673a\u5b8c\u6210\u3002\u73b0\u5728\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u53d1\u5c04\u673a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7528\u4e8e\u5355\u8fb9\u5e26\u6216\u72ec\u7acb\u8fb9\u5e26\u8c03\u5236\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u672b\u7ea7\u653e\u5927\u5668\u7ebf\u6027\u6761\u4ef6\u975e\u5e38\u597d\u3002\u7528\u4e8e\u4f20\u8f93\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e26RFmondial\u5185\u5bb9\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u7684Transradio DMOD3\u6fc0\u52b1\u5668\u3002\u6fc0\u52b1\u5668\u7684\u8f93\u51fa\u88ab\u9001\u5230\u4f4e\u7535\u5e73\u7ebf\u6027\u653e\u5927\u5668\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u51fa\u4e8e\u9694\u79bb\u548c\u8d1f\u8f7d\u65b9\u9762\u8003\u8651\uff0c\u5e76\u9a71\u52a8\u53d1\u5c04\u673a\u7684\u672b\u7ea7\u653e\u5927\u5668\u3002\u8be5\u7cfb\u7edf\u76ee\u524d\u80fd\u591f\u8fd0\u884c\u5728\u7ea65\u5343\u74e6\u7684\u5e73\u5747DRM\u6570\u5b57\u529f\u7387\u3002\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5929\u7ebf\u662f\u4e00\u526f\u4e3b\u5411\u5bf9\u62c9\u4e01\u7f8e\u6d32\u7684\u83f1\u5f62\u5929\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"white-space:pre\"><\/span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; \u6d4b\u8bd5\u91c7\u7528xHE-AAC\u7f16\u89e3\u7801\u5668\u3002\u867d\u7136\u4ee5\u524d\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u5927\u591a\u6570\u63a5\u6536\u673a\u4ee5\u53ca\u8bb8\u591a\u4e1a\u4f59\u7231\u597d\u8005\u7684\u8f6f\u4ef6\u90fd\u662f\u56f4\u7ed5AAC\u6807\u51c6\u6784\u5efa\u7684\uff0c\u4f46xHE-AAC\u7f16\u89e3\u7801\u5668\u662f\u5f53\u524d\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u3002USAGM\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u7684\u7f16\u89e3\u7801\u5668\u4f20\u8f93\u6765\u6fc0\u53d1\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4f3c\u4e4e\u4e5f\u786e\u5b9e\u5982\u6b64\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u53d1\u5c04\u529f\u7387\uff0c\u7a33\u5065\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u662f\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u6bd4\u7279\u7387\uff0c\u8fd9\u6b63\u662fxHE-AAC\u7f16\u89e3\u7801\u5668\u64c5\u957f\u7684\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7cfb\u7edf\u8fd0\u884c\u5728B\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c16 QAM\u4f20\u8f93\u4e00\u5957\u97f3\u9891\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u6587\u672c\u6d88\u606f\u548c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u7684\u591a\u5a92\u4f53\u5e7b\u706f\u7247\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u4e0d\u5b9a\u65f6\u6d4b\u8bd564QAM\u4f20\u8f93\u4e24\u5957\u97f3\u9891\u670d\u52a1\uff08Radio Marti\u548cVoice of America\uff09\u3002\u9274\u4e8e\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u53ef\u7528\u6027\u53d7\u5230\u963b\u788d\uff0cJournaline\u7684\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e5f\u5728\u8ba1\u5212\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"white-space:pre\"><\/span>&nbsp;
